About the treatment
Radiesse® is an injectable treatment based on calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) that provides support to the tissue and stimulates the natural production of collagen and elastin. It is designed to firm the skin, improve its quality and, depending on how it is applied, restore volume and contour the face.
Course of treatment and duration of effect
Initial protocol: often 1 treatment, follow-up after 4–8 weeks
Maintenance: as needed, often every 12–18 months

PLLA
About the treatment
Polylactic (lactic) acid is an injectable biostimulatory treatment based on poly-L-lactic acid. Unlike hyaluronic fillers, which primarily fill the tissue and give a more immediate volumizing effect, PLLA works gradually – its microparticles stimulate the skin to produce its own collagen. This renews the skin's supporting structure from within, improves its firmness and density, and gradually restores lost volume. The result develops over time and looks natural because it comes from the skin's own regenerative processes.
Course of treatment and duration of effect
Initial protocol: usually 2–3 treatments at 4–6-week intervals
Maintenance: individual; the effect can last about 2 years

Aftercare recommendations
- Avoid strenuous physical activity, saunas, steam baths and sources of intense heat for the first 24 hours
